Hola Ags!
Whoop!!! What a game last night! Clearly the NCAA has it out for us since they scheduled the championship game right smack in the middle of our meeting which is always on Tuesdays at 8pm. Rude.
Anyways! If you couldn't make it, here's what went down!
We had an Eco Moment from Harsh and Melanie about ways you can help promote positive environmental changes in the world! If you'd like to see their presentation go to our website! (
eic.tamu.edu)
We also had subcommitte time! During which, programming traced the Earth Day 2011 banner that we will be painting this Sunday (details below). Fundraising updated the committee about all of the funds they raised and decided on the food that we'll be giving away at this year's Earth Day! Outreach (External) celebrated their efforts on the Evans Library flower bed which was planted this weekend. Go check it out! They also discussed plans to table in order to educate students about environmental issues! Outreach (Internal) discussed activities to host during Earth Day 2011 and Brazos Valley Earth Day.
